I was up at Cycles of Silver Spring (Maryland) showing Rush my modded Bullet 500. Mo' later. They have the new models. Jeremy asked if I wanted to ride the Meteor 350. Well, okay! It is the most refined and smoothest bike, all time any where! Amazing.
It's counter balanced. No vibes. Smooth. Great chassis and handling. Quite seductive.

Royal Enfield sponsored the Mid-Ohio Moto-Fest in July. They had all new current models for test rides. I rode a 350 because I had just got a 2009 500 Bullet in an auction but hadn’t seen, rode it. Just pictures on website. I liked the handling, ride position. But noticeable vibration and had hard time keeping up with the bigger 650 Interceptors in the group. I was so glad that the 500 is nothing like the 350. Much less vibration, plenty of power and same comfortable riding position. But if the new single is what you want, the 350 is still a nice ride.
