The Bullet Board

The other day I ordered some bits and pieces from McMaster-Carr. Like a bonehead I order the wrong size on 2 lines. I emailed them (on a Saturday) and 60 seconds later I had a confirmation on the new order and a note stating I did not need to return the other items! #TooEasy
