They are really nice, I'm excited about them. They are brushed and not chrome like everyone suggested. You ask and get what you get. It's ok tho, India chrome is never great.

Not sure how I feel about the baffle, doesn't look like much. I saw a European version that was like 8-10 inches. Do you guys think this "mini" will actually do anything?

It will restrict and quite it down some. Where does it fit, at the outlet side of the muffler ?

Yes, in the end. I don't know much about mufflers (or anything really). A reduction in the last 3 inches will make it quieter eh?

Yup , It will make it quieter with that baffle in there, then without it in there for sure. I made something very similar to that, out of a Yamaha R3 muffler , and mounted it the end of my Dunstall muffler on the Enfiled. Just a different way to quiet it down, then with a long perforated baffle and insulation wrapped around it. I like that design you have there better. No insulation type packing to blow out over time... No REpacking. And the shape of that tapper , or megaphone shape, will let the hot exhaust pulse expand for good scavenging... and then speed up as it exits the smaller outlet. A long perforated baffle inside with insulation around it , kills that effect. The smaller size hole with that baffle in there , is better for for bottom end power ... and removed, you'll loose a bit on the bottom end , but shift the power higher up in the RPM range.. and make it louder ! Hahaha !
