This morning (9.am.) I submitted an order for 10 color copies via the internet to the UPS store for local pickup. 2 hours went by and no update so I called. They told me, they didn't know when my order would be done because they are a 3rd party location. My order would be shipped in! I thought to myself WTF? I have been in there and saw with my own eyes your $20K industrial printer. But whatever, they will probably show up late afternoon.

I look up and it's 5:30 the UPS store is closed, no copies. So I chat with UPS support. Turns out, the local store was supposed to make the copies and apparently didn't know it. My advice is to stick with the Pros for your printing needs. Kinkos isn't always pleasant but I know this. If I would have gone in there today I would have 10 copies today.
