I know that the model designations vary from India to UK to US. They don't make it easy. Instead of just letting us guess which is which, maybe a chart? Kevin said the 2000 was an ES. I think that's an Iron Barrel but it has electric start. Does that make it an Electra?

Dave,

Electric start does not make it an Electra, that would be catchy tho. What you need to know when ordering parts is you have a 2001 Iron Barrel. It is interesting that it has electric start since that didn't hit the U.S. until 2002. Maybe Kevin got an early production prototype. Can we see the primary side of the engine?

The technical name for your model is 2001 Bullet Classic ES
