The Bullet Board

While sending a PM the other day I noticed something weird. After I sent the message it stayed in my outbox folder. After checking several minutes later it was still there. Now I'm thinking great, "What's wrong with the server?" Turns out the outbox behavior is normal.

When a message is sent it will stay in your outbox until the recipient visits their inbox. This allows the sender an opportunity to retract or edit messages if necessary.
