Holy Air Filters

Stuart Fillingham did a review on a better air filter. DNA filters are a product from the UK. I like the idea of an improved air filter. But, they are priced at Amazon at $55.00 with shipping at $14.50. I'll have to love it if I buy it. At $69.50 I'll have to love it.
If I add this to my 2011 B5 Bullet, I'll do another AutoTune on the PowerCommander V to see improvement.

Order a K&N filter I think they are around $40. The p/n is RO5010 if I'm not mistaken. Their parts finder will get you there as well. If they don't have a B5 listing use the Classic, it's the same filter. I should probably stock them.

Tim - I got the K&N. When I add it in, I'll put the AutoTune back on to see if it has any adjustments for the Power Commander V. Now that StreetKleaver has measured his iron barrel intake track, I'm thinking of doing the same thing to mine. The I'll think about the velocity stack and something like the old ACE air cleaner mount.

I have been trying to become a K&N dealer since January. Reception insists that you fill out the "dealer inquiry form". I have done it four times and no one calls me back. In the mid 2000's you could call and talk to people, I am not sure what's going on over there. Some day I might be able to sell you a recharge kit.

We can hope! Years ago I got a re-charge kit. I might need another one.
