These bar ends are very sturdy stainless steel balls. Better than regular bar ends, the dissipate vibration. They have a filling of two sizes of metal shot. When vibration hits them, they convert motion energy into heat, as the balls beat against each other. This set up uses the same method as brakes use to slow down a bike.
