engine break in.

Hello , Ive purchased a low mile bullet 500 with 300 its on it. Any advice on how to break in the engine? I don't see anything in the service manual. Thanks emti
Change the oil.
Follow the break-in procedure in the user manual.
Jet the carburetor properly for your altitude above sea level and general temperature range for the season.
Do not lug the engine in a high gear.
It should be broken-in well enough by 1000 miles, and fully broken-in by 1500 miles.
